BumpStyle came to be during my pregnancy with my daughter. I, like many of you I’m sure, became so frustrated with the lack of cool maternity clothes. My choices seemed to be A-frame tent blouses with giant patterns that qualified me for a part in the circus, or too-short shirts that I was constantly pulling down to cover my belly. So I found a silky-soft material and had a pattern designed for a shirt that that would be long enough to cover my waist band and tight enough to show that I wasn’t just getting fat, I was pregnant. Thus, the bump tee was born.
